crespo and recoba are great forwards you can even try tomasson. he has a powerful shot and can aim for top corners. great player one of the best in the game definately

has anyone tried tombe lorro and tahir iqbal up front. these both have pace class and manage to pulll all the gyals. their ability to score goals is highly rated and definately takes the game to another level

Pizarro is indeed a superb forward on the game. About a year ago he was rated as Europe's best all-round striker.

Good in the air, good on the deck, fair share of pace, excellent finisher. He particularly likes slotting home off-the-post-and-in for me. Very good player. Part of the reason I like playing as Bayern Munich.

I think shevchenko is the best striker in the game. 'cause he always scores and is very fast and his technique is outstanding!!

Loads of number basically.
Stats of teams and players and averages and ratings.

There is a list of teams in order of how good they are statistically (based on average points per player) and you can compare any number of players or teams manually.

I prefer players with pace so Shevchenko, Claudio Lopez (Suprisingly good), Hernan Crespo, Owen, Henry etc are good for me.

Does anyone else prefer to play with pace?

We misunderstand each other again! I was trying to say I agree that pace players are the best, unless you have a strong player who can hold the ball, such as Heskey (The shame I know).

Seriously, I never play him. He can only hope to get in my England team if on a red up arrow and if everyone else has got the flu and even then I'm still sceptical.

The guy used to be quite good IRL.

As you should know IRL and in game are different. I think he is a good ingame player. He is strong, quite quick, can hold off defenders and win the headers. That to me is quite useful for a striking partner.

Well I normally play 4-3-3 anyway so they are all in. But yes I do choose Heskey a lot as he is a perfect striker for the 'little and large' combination.
