Great teams!

I'm currently playing in D2 master league mode. I played a couple of games and i wend well.

But when I see those great teams here on the net I was just wondering if it's possible to have such squads?

I see some people having Henry, Ronaldo, Raul, Ronaldinho and I don't understand if you can afford them because at the moment I earn about 1800 points / game. And if you negotiated with Djibril Cisse he ask 650 point salary a week. So i think if you have Henry, Ronaldo, Raul, Ronaldinho they might ask thousand of point salary a week.

Or are the gamepoints you earn variable along the game and division you play?

Could someone answer me, thx alot!

You get a lot of money playing in cup matches and European matches - and you don't have to pay salary points during those games I think.

If you win a competition you get loads of points, also if you get top goalscorer and assister in your division. So you can end a season (in D1) with about 40-50,000 points.

Don't forget you can trade players, this significantly reduces the price you have to pay for your new player. Go to player search and condidtional search and set the contract period to "0-1" and scroll through the list of players. At negotation round 5 (about three quarters of the way through the season) you can approach these players for a free transfer, and if successful they'll come at the end of the season. I've signed the likes of R. Carlos, Figo and Beckham this way.

This is also a good way to trade players. Get someone on a free you don't want but has a high salary. Then wait a game and you can trade him for a player you do want. So you get the player you want for a reduced price effectively.

i find buyin all tha best players isnt tha best waay to play!! my last team was just tha best team eva, had all tha best players ... but then 1 day i wannted to start another ml but keep tha for playin my mates :D but i accendenty saved over it :(
But after playin in my NEW ml i was just shocked on how cheap my salry points orignly were and how much money i was makin... whereas in my last 1 i started loosin money
Its much more of a challenge buyin ok players then goin on to tha more pro's :D e.g shev
right now ive got a decent team for d2 and its only 480 salry points. Makin like 1000 a game (normal d2 matches)
I find when you get real top players like shev, ronaldo you have too put there salry points up wayy higher then wha they really are other wise they dont come to ya. This one im not gonna do tha since you could buy loads more players for how much there salry points are :)
1800- maybe 3000 (once i offered tha much and he still didnt wanna come then i offered less and he did)
with 1800 you could still get 2 decent players like ronaldhino n roy keane

Too be honest mate i dont actuualy know how tha salry point thing works for e.g you got a team worth 700 salry points a game then you get a new player like crespo and his salry points says 1000. I think they take tha end digit off and then add tha rest to the salry points which you pay at tha end of each match... soo tha team now would be payin 800 if they bought crespo!! I aint 100% but its sumffin along them lines. (i think) lol

The wage value is what they want per season not per week ;)
