I hope that in PES we can have kits like FIFA (correct colors & sponsors etc.) this will make a great game even greater.

I think you are a very hardcore fan of FIFA

How many times. FIFA/EA have the rights and license of the English League till 2010 at least. Meaning PES can only have a maximum of 2 license teams in the English League. Maybe if you looked at some threads in this section you will know.

FACT: PES wont have the correct kits sponsers for all the England League teams in the next few games

What? is mostly the gameplay that matters, if there are Licences and Kits and
there is lacking gameplay, the game will end up like FIFA

As long as there is An edit mode where we can make our own teams ,players, emblems, flags, uniforms and a lot of stuff I really don't care about the licenses!

WHo agrees with me?

We already agreed on that in different threads. This is a PES forum. you can ask anyone and they will tell you they love the game for the gameplay not the license.

I dont care for the strips and licences.
just give us a decent editor that people can mod to their hearts content.

just improve the online mode please!

i agree that the gameplay is most important without a doubt and if they put an edit mode that lets us edit players, kits, emblems, logos and boots like in older pes games then that will make up for any lack of licenses however now that konami look sure to grab the champions league license they mite be able to have the real kits for all the champions league teams that would mean arsenal, man.utd, chelsea, liverpool would all be licensed but im not sleeping on it we all know wot konami are like lol we'll av to wait n see hopefully it will happen

Well Licenses adds authenticity to games, not to mention it's good news for people who don't have time to spend editing things like team, player, stadium, and league names,

But on the other hand licensing can also be a pain in the neck.
Because as we all know by now you can't edit licensed team names, emblems, and kits.

Which is a major problem because if a team changes all of these things for the new season you would be stuck because were not allowed to change the name, emblem, kit, on a licensed team.

Unless you have the PC Version or if you download an option file that gets around this problem.

yes i would love the edit mode to come back because altho pes had some teams it gave you the opertunity to make more of your own..... and like shaun says gameplay comes first to me aswell i would chose the feel of real football over an adidas shirt to be honest...

A proper Editing Mode is just as good as any License (in my opinion) -because- you can create your own Logos, own Team Kits, etc, etc.. and with the Eye Toy feature we can include just about any Logo.

It would be cool if in the PS3 versions we could create colors such as; Gold -wich- is very tricky to pull off in PES6. And I would also like the option of placing Logos in the sleeves and socks (wich is something we cannot do in PES6).

Still, Licenses save us time and effort -but- they aren't That important.

IF the edit mode will return I hope they make more slots. The 360/ps3 and PC can certainly handle much more than a ps2.

There should be edit mode or whatever, original kits and sponsor will give this game even a better shape. Konami shpould really look into it. I am not asking these things on the cost of game play it is already better than anyother soccer game but if we can have the above mentioned additions even the FIFA fans will turn to PES
