Try this for a start:

Fyssas
Use face 13 and change his hair to straight 1, 1, 10, 1

Karagounis
Face 226, Straight 1, 1, 10, 1. Also, use the last facial hair (I don't remember the number right now) and put tape on his shoes.

Giannakopoulos
Face 7. Keep his hairstyle as it is, just turn darkness to 3.

Don't try to modify Tsartas, Basinas and Papadopoulos. I think they look outstanding!
Hope you like them. It's the best I can do for now (I haven't got my ps2 back). I'll send more as soon as I can.
