Hello everyone, just joined the forums yesterday, must say I am impressed with the community so far.

I've been playing the game since the days of ISS on the Playstation 1, and have bought every game since. And to think I used to enjoy FIFA !!!

Joined the forums to discuss the fantastic game with other PES lovers - and to catch up with the latest news on the Pro Evolution series.

sorry to start talking about Fifa again but 98 was there best game the rest are bollocks. actually 98 wasnt that good either, heck all bloddy fifa games are the same, shit.

i have played all Konami football games from the start so iam good with the Pes history but i also played Fifa just to compare.
its always been Pes( iss for the old timers that remember ) so dont worry.

It was a great looking game when I got it, looking at it now compared to today's graphical advances, its quite laughable.

Reminds me of times before that, Actua Soccer for PC. Can't even get it to work on modern PC's now.

i am still of the opinion that no football game has ever matched the presentation of world cup 98... i mean it was a true world cup package unlike the half hearted attempts pumped out by fifa now.
