Guide to Making your PES3 DVD into a CD for patching

Yeah I just added these new kits by extracting the data_e.afs and importing the kits into it and then importing it back into the .bin. It worked fine for me. What program did you use?

i used afs extract 3 to add the kits into the afs file then i imported the afs file back into the bin file.

well i just added all brazil,england away, france etc. kits and edited the front screen and it works.

Does JB have plans for an update soon?

Also, when clubs soon release all their kits, will these be used in the patches as soon as they are out?

EG Rangers release their new away kit in May, will it be immediately put into patches or updates after that or will patch makers wait until the new season when clubs actually start to wear them?

11)In 'patched dvdrip PES3' folder you will find the file 'SOCCER3.ISO' size-613 MB (643,690,496 bytes)

I have followed all of the instructions so far but I cant find the above file (Soccer3.iso). can anyone help me here?

dj, Maybe you named the folder or the iso file something else?
If you followed the guide exactly then it should be right there.

Not sure about any more PES3 updates. Last I read, jonboyo was only working on WE7:IJ.

No it´s not the file you need, if you follow all steps correctly the soccer.iso will appear in the same folder like all the other files...
From what I´ve heard jb focused on WE7:I, this means no more PES3 patch updates

hi guys this is my first post so go easy on me. i've followed this guide carefully but can't get my patched game to work .when i generate my soccer iso it's size is 565mb
rather than the 614 it should be. The bat file says it can't open the iop files any ideas?.

i followed the guide too but i aint really a genius at wot i woz doin and sum programmes woz sayin it had errors and god it confused me. so i given up patchin it meself, so wld ne1 b able to do me a pes3 patch cd with like all da kits n boots n stadiums n wotnot for a few of quid by ne chance? wld be gr8 if u could. cheers

Just keep trying and followin the guide, u will get ther in the end and when its finished the hard work will pay off.

I have followed steps 1-19, with no error messages, time and time again and i still can't get anything to work, I have tried using Nero, and pm'd some of you, and am still having trouble.

what i don't get is later on in the beginners guide, there's an explanationon how to create an image of pes3, and patching using .ppf files. Does this alson need to be done.

or will steps 1-19 How to make pes3 a cd be enough.

I'm sorry for keep asking questions, but i am absolutely frustrated at not being able to do this.

Steps 1-16 make the image.
After that - it shows you how to patch it.
But it's best to keep the original image safe and only patch a copy of the image.

Follow the patching guide that comes with the patch you want to use to patch the image. In this case, just apply the 5.1.04 to the bin of your image and then apply the update 7.2.04 to it.

Almost, I got the Playstation 2 sign, but then black. Is it possible to download a pre-patched bin and cue file from anywhere, or is this illegal, I'll show them my till receipt as proof of purchase, i just don't know if i can take it anymore.

I done it, i've finally cracked it, and have myself a patched copy (looks excellent) What a relief!!!
