Hard to say, without knowing what exactly it is and where it came from.
If you try to patch an image of your CD version, the size will change and it won't work. So you'll have to try the guide in the first post using your original PES4 DVD.

I cant get it to work? What am I doing wrong? here my steps

I have the whole DVD content on my HDD. Then I start the ripkit and everything goes fine (does only work withe the english ripkit btw. the german ripkit produces a lot of errors). the ripkit finishes after about 10 mins and I have a 735mb ISO File. I open this iso file in cd mage in mode 1 / 2048 and save it directly to mode2/2353. but then I always get a 845mb bin file not a 825mb file like you mentioned! even if I burn this 845mb bin file I get a ps2 logo on my ps2 with a black screen folowwing...

I was able to rip PES3 and WE8 and editet all myself. So I am not this kind of nub. There must be something wrong with this ripkits...

The rip works with swap magic 3 for me, but i had to swap with CDloader then PEs4, and it worked, unpatched though.

and at what speed did ya burn the CD??

guys you should finally burn the cue file ( appears on pc to be 1 kb ) not the bin file which is 825 mb
burn it using cdrwin

ya just burn that 1kb file? thats it? what speed did ya burn it to? and do you use a swap magic 3 on your PS2

a) Open CDmage. Open the ripkit ISO as mode1/2048.

b) Click File.. Save As.. and change the mode to mode2/2352

This will give you a .bin and .cue with the bin being about 825MB in size.
Yes you can burn this onto any standard 700MB CDR - just be sure to use the Burn Image (or Burn As Image) option in your burning software (Nero etc). Do not burn as data.

but i cant do (b) the "save boot image" option cannot be selected could anyone help me with that?
