Details of preview version of PES3 by Riot:

I just got the game a few seconds ago. Fully English, full screen! PES3, looks really good.
Ok the team list...NONE of the major transfers have happened yet. No Ronaldinho in Barca or anything like that. Hierro is still in Real. The preview code I was sent is about 90%, it's a first look thing. The name and team data will be fixed last to make it all as updated as possible.
I can confirm the English teams now. The new ones are:
Man City, Fulham, Everton, Tottenham and Blackburn.
Anderlecht is in there since I recognize atleasth the Finnish Hannu Tihinen. Most names are correct, the Dutch arent Orange, but their names resemble the real ones now. Auxerre is in there. Real Sociedad is in there.
The menus look GOOD.

A few other details. Just played my first match with Real.
Some of the cut-scenes are a bit blurry, there's a new anti-aliasing effect going on which blurs the backgrounds a bit like Madden.
You can select teams directly by pressing L2 in the team select screen ie. no separate National Teams/Club Teams option, just start a match and then select whatever teams you want.
You can set attacking in arrows in two direction atleast
When the referee (you can select the referee!) is playing the advantage an icon pops up!
When Crossing into boxes, the power meter is much slower, you can definitely cross more accurately. I floated a ball in with SOlari and Ronaldo headed it in from the back line amidst three defenders...awesome!
You can set the crowds attendance 3 stars
name the goalkeeper of the greek teams if you know which they are supposed to be, I have no idea who play in the Greek teams.
The feel of the game is very much like WE6FE. The crowd noises are Deafening!
Als, you can name your cursor. So instead of player 1, mine now says Riot. A nice detail especially for multplayer matches. So each of your mates can name his cursor.
Every player can do the 360 move with the right analogue stick. It looks great.
Not much to say abotu the AI yet, but the CPU teams are better at holding on the ball and doing tricks..so they play more confidently which is nice to see. Certainly, if you've played lots of WE6FE PES3 wont be difficult on level 5.

All feints can be done with the buttons but with the right analogue stick as well. There's 4 different kick feints. You can do the Solskjaer kind where you dummy the ball a bit to one side, move up and then cross it...basically it's the same as the usual kick feint, but a bit different looking and you press O then cancel it with X

Milan, Lazio, Parma and AS Roma have real player names (most teams do) AND LOGOS!. They look really good. SO the preview code has 4 teams with the logos...there might be more as negotiations go on with the clubs and Konami...
Stadio Olimpico, Stamfrod Bridge and ANfield are definitely in there.

Team names and call names can be changed straight away from the edit menu!
Just trying Master League...WHOAH! VERY different. Lots more options, you can select from four different divisions, where you want to play. Oh dear, Castello and co are still in the house You can change difficulty levels mid-season it seems. thats a good thing, none of this building up your team difficulties on level 5.
