Gran Turismo 2 and the last FIFAs (2004, 2005 in PC) are fucking impossible for me.

Halo 1 and 2 on Legendary takes some doing and also for a bit of a challenge puzzle games like the Discworld series, Monkey Island series, Broken Sword series and Grim Faandango without using a guide is so challenging yet very rewarding and for me to like a game it has to piss me off a bit aswell as being class.

I used to love the old mortal kombat games and as for the finishing moves they were hard. I think one jax you had to hold a button for 3-4 seconds then push up down right or something and let go how complicated.

Whats the hardest games you've ever played, throughout your gaming life.

at number one easily

1. Zelda : Ocarina of Time - OMFG this game took me atleast 6 months of solid 6 hour a day game play. I lent a gamecube a year ago and tried to complete it again - i gave up after 3 weeks :(

That it i found nothing that came close to that game by difficult, btw it was a amazing game though an all time classic... The music when playing the ocarina brings back memorys...Probably the best game of its type ever IMO
lol Zelda, that was hard but I've played harder games.
MGS 1 on the hardest setting (Can't remember what it's called) was hard, but I completed it at the age of 9.

I think the original Ninja Gaidens on the Nintendo, as well as the recent incarnation on Xbox have to be some of the most dificult games ever. I still haven't beat NG on the Xbox, because I get sick of being killed by the random enemies. You always have to be on guard. It's even worse on the NES because there are no save points and you only get 3 continues (I think).

Also, Contra and Double Dragon were pretty hard too. My uncle and I eventually beat them, it was only when we played coop though. We couldn't beat them alone.

Another note, I don't actually know anyone who has ever beat Mike Tyson's Punch-Out, Spy Hunter, or Tiger Heli. But I think those last two never end.

I disagree with Halo, me and my friend have done it in a night sometimes.

Also I know it's not the game but the race mission in GTA:VC against the Sebra Turbo, fucking nightmare!

Halo on Legendary on your own? With a mate it's alot easier because if one of you dies then the other can just hide until the other respawns. Delta Force online for the PC used to be solid with so many cheats and pros instant deaths allround.

I found that straight-forward

Unreal Tournament 2004 on the hardest setting - considering on the second easiest setting I have trouble winning the final stage against Xan, I've not got a hope in hell of beating him on the hardest settnig.

I loved that Lion King game.

Killzone on hard mode is really hard and got me on my nerves, I stopped the damn game.

Oh and ofcourse, beating Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. Anyone accomplish that yet?
