Harsh Refs

Okay, so a lot of people have talked about the PES 2009 refs being poor - but I wondered if anyone else has experienced my particular problem, and whether Konami have addressed it. Despite the fact that I play on a high difficulty level (either Professional or Top Player), I often find that the ref is overly harsh on my opponents, rather than me. For example, in at least one in three matches one of my opponents' players will be sent off, the vast majority of times for a non-foul or, at most, yellow-card offence. Frequently multiple players get sent off (I've ended numerous matches against seven players). The problem is that this really detracts from the game's realism, and I don't feel like I've earned my victories in these cases.

1. How long have you been playing PES?
Since PES 5 and always on the PC.
2. What are the aspects that you like most about PES?
Master League mode, Edit mode and general realism (except for PES 2008).
3. What are the aspects that you don’t like about PES?
Unrealistic matchplay elements (e.g. the one mentioned above).

Please feel free to have a little bit of a go if the same thing has been posted somewhere else.

yeh I feel it's too easy to bait the opposition into getting a yellow card. Refs also give out yellow cards far too easily, even in the first 5 minutes - normally, the player would get a warning first - warnings are not given out enough in the game.

On the topic of fouls, please stop the computer controlled elements of your team giving away penalties too. There's nothing worse than the computer conceding your team a penalty in the dying moments, having had a resolute defence the rest of the game.
