Has anybody made an faq/tutorial for BAL?

Something that walks beginners through and gives good development strategies, especially for someone who doesn't know anything about the mode? I'm about to pick up the game and I don't even know what bars and blocks are or different kinds of experience and how to get it and use it. Or does the manual spell it all out completely? So few game manuals these days are thorough

I saw that already. I was looking for something a little more fleshed out, however, I just noticed those charts that the faq links to which I missed the first time reading it. I think I understand development much better with that. Thanks.

But are there any specific development plans that have been very successful that anyone has created? Kind of like how people write faqs telling how to make the best certain type of character in an RPG?
