Has anyone figured out how the heart system works? I'm playing league mode and my players have really low motivation almost all the time, even though I'm doing pretty well and winning most of my matches.

Hey I'am also playing league mode is it me or have they also removed half time results from the other games. Can't seem to get them. Don't know why Konami would take such a dramatic change in this game as it is not for the good that's for all to see. Will give it time and wait to see if the so called DLC in November will give us a full finished game, Is that not what we all thought we had paid our hard earned cash on. We will see.

from what I can figure out the motivation is what used to be long term fatigue on the older games. The only difference is that now players will forget about long term fatigue for big games. For instance while playing with Ajax most of my 1st team players will play a league game with red motivation and then the champion league game be down the orange or yellow only to be back to red the next league game. There is a brief explanation of it in the manual that suggests that the more tired your players are the less motivated they are and the more likely they are to get injured. That being said in one season with Gremio and half a season with Ajax I have yet to have a single game missed through injury with any player.
