you need some experience. you have just bought the game, so play some konamic cups till you get the hang of the game

The problem is actually :
I dominate 2*, winning 10-0 each match, but at 3*, I loose.
I wonder how I can ameliorate my formation and what players can I buy to make my squad better ?

In PES3, a good cheap forward in the ml league is Mbo Mpenza.

Sweet. I recomend Rustu between the sticks, he is pretty cheap too.
Also, Simao is great value for money!

Try creating sum good players if u can then try to sign them on master league, i think they will turn out cheaper than decent real players
