Help! I chose NO for player growth in Master League!

I chose No for the player growth in Master league. I'm going into the 3rd season and I find that my player's stats didn't raise. I built my team young to train them but since I chose no for player growth, will their stats never improve?

to answer your question: YES

So by choosing No for Growth Rate, its not designed to train players right since they will not raise in stats. So there is no point in finding those "made up players" and buying them since they'll still be just as bad in 5 years.

Also, will the skills of the older player like Zidane decrease? If not, I'll just buy him and just use him forever.
