Help! Individual team management!

Hi,

Could someone explain me how is it possible to give individual commands for a player in the team management? I mean, in PES 2010 we could choose which cards to activate and which instance a player would adopt (offensive/neutral/defensive). I can´t find a way to do this in PES 2011!

To be honest this is probably the thing that annoys me the most in the entire game. It's such a simple thing, I have no idea why they would take it out. They even have player attack/defense levels in the stats, but now it's as if these are just that - static attributes of the players. Meanwhile I have chamakh running around defending when counter-attack is ON and no-one is up there when we break!

Instead of taking out something and put back something new... They just added the same tactics, with a timebar... That's just useless...

I deleted all the timebar tactics cuz it messed up my Select LT strategy.
NE1 have a positive story about both of these tactic ways combined?

i like the new system, because its closer to reality. dani alves is a wingback who is offensive minded, so i think it would be bullshit if you let play him defensivley. so this year you have to focus on tactic more than the years before. so i think, it puts the game up to a high new level, and closer to realism!

In real life if a player does not do as manager asks he is either dropped or sold, so Dani Alves may be an attacking minded wing back, but if Pep told him to stay back then he stays back

Konami bring back the arrows :(

the new system does not allow good man management just overall team shape

I use Select LT as custom formations A&B. I start as 4-4-2. Custom A is a change to 4-3-3 and custom B is more defensive 4-5-1. I use the time bar tactics for the other elements such as possesion play DEF/ATT depending if I'm winning or losing. It tends to work but it is a bit of a faf!

Oh Sh*t, I can´t believe, is it true??... Why in the world would they make such a stepback?? What about the "engineered for freedom" thing?

This and that ridiculous replay camera, I can´t zoom out enough in the free orbit cam. What´s up in Konami´s head??

You are playing for a one-nil result on a home/away second leg, you manage to score, tells your team to sit back the last 5 minutes but there the fullbacks go all the way like their lives depend on it.

Really realistic!

so you have to substitute your offensive players, like in real life. if dani alves is to offensive, pep will bring on an defensive mind player to hold the result. i think hats football!
