You cant make stripes or hoops on created kits in the game for some reason. The only way to do it is open up the AFS files and change the templates - takes a while though and if you are going for that level of editing may as well just patch your game and download kits.

I have done them.

Do you have the PC version of the game? Is it WE8 or PES4?

I have a clue but also a question

How can you tell what model a kit fits ? Have downloaded some but they don't say about collar on/off or what model number they fit & don't wanna mess up my hard work so far. Any tips ?
