I've got the PS2 version and I do know about computors, and i've sorted it out, playing it on window mode make the play as fast as PS2 version!

Due to it no doubt running at 640x480 or something.

Go to Start>Run then type "DXDIAG" without the "". Click the display tab at the top. You will find your video card type there. If you have something with more grunt than a Geforce 4 (Not the MX) then I would say there is a problem with your drivers. You mention you only have 192Mb of ram. Thats definitely an issue there. I'd recommend 512Mb minimum for PES4 (for total smooth framerate).
