Help me attack againts opponent using intense pressing

I can not win against my friend who plays Ac Milan and uses an intense pressing strategy. He virtually gives me no space to pass my ball around and as the defenders in PES 2012 have become very advanced in comparison to other PES, it is very hard for me to attack. Can anyone help?

I think I can help since I use AC Milan when I play against my brothers. Here is what you do.

First, MAKE SURE your game plan works and you do this with the style you play offensively, on defense you must play solid defense. Eventually, the time will come and Nesta will make mistake, Abate and Antonni will be out of place and victory will be yours.

What is your tactic, what formation do you use? I always love to play ultra-pressing players. I just make sure I have a RWF, LWF and CF who are standing deep. When I have the ball, I can usually counter extremely effective.
