Help needed... all players have black hair

Hi... I've played PES (or Winning Eleven as I call it) for a long time and have never encountered this... I'm running on low graphics setting, 1024 x 768 resolution and no frame skipping...

However once I open my game everyone's hair is black...

It's just weird seeing players like Dirk Kuyt, Paul Scholes and Hildebrand with black hair...

Can anyone help?

Is it whilst playing a match or in edit mode aswell?

on everything... if i changed the hair colour in edit mode it's still black...

but if i played it on medium graphics its all fine...
just too slow...

Not sure i consider buying a new pro evolution soccer,of course thats a bit stupid,anyway if ur gonna buy one i suggest u w8 for the release of PES09.
I am not sure why ur players have black hair.By the way what console is it on,if its on PC,that may be the case,maybe some virus landed onto the game or somthing but if u tell me what console its on,it would be alot of help.

it's on PC... and I'm pretty sure it's not a virus cos it's been like that ever since i bought the game... i think it's a case that sth that shudn't be turned on is turned on...

you have some graphic codec issues upgrade your graphic driver and make sure your pc and graphic card meet requirements
