Help needed: Creating of markings

I am currently trying to create a local club CIVICS FC. I managed everything except for the markings on the shirt. There is suppose to be 3 on the shirt. The problem is it only shows the one on the shirt I did the last.

P.S. I did not overwrite the previous two but saved each individually. What do I do wrong?
