[Help needed] How do I create a scoreboard? [PC]

Well, I think this is the right place to put this thread. There's a thing that's upsets me, and that is, that I don't know how to make a scoreboard on 222's Scoreboard Editor, I read the readme, and the only thing I see is that, I should open the unnamed_168.bin file, I do it, but I don't see nothing, only a green screen, I keep reading the readme, and all I see is that I now should make my changes, that doesn't actually help :/, I don't know where to put the pictures, the letters, the graphics, besides when I save, it gives me an error. I want to make Sony's Scoreboard (The current FIFA scoreboard). Any help at enlighting me will be thanked.
