Help needed scoring from long distance shots.

Help... please. Kaká couldn't score a goal for his life. According to his stats, he should be way better, but his shots are god-awful...

What's your hint to score long shots?

From my experience some players shoot better when just dribbling and some shoot better when sprinting, don't know if anyone else has noticed that.

Just hold square when you've got nowhere else to run and hope for hell that it goes in the back of the net.

Works for me.

Does anyone ever try and shoot and the player ends up launching it virtually straight up in the air?

I just get a feeling when your outside the box to smash one in,
1/3 times it goes in the back of the net
