Help Needed With Face Data

can anyone help me out with loading faces into the game on PS3... when i've downloaded option files with face data in them i fnd them in folders called BLES00338EFACE001 002 003 ETC... in these folders are other files.

do i need to put all this together before i put the usb in my ps3 or can i just put the faces (PNG) in to the PS3/SAVEDATA folder and they will work...???

i've trawled through the forums to find a step by step but to no avail. any help would be much appreciated...
