HELP option for PS3???How to do it

I bought the ps3 and i have pes 2008 for it.i have a usb stick and i downloaded option files (i think) and others bits and pieces likes boots,balls etc.the prob is that wen i put my usb in the ps3 it doesnt come up theres nothing there???i then saved a file from the game onto the usb and put it into the pc and it created a ps3 file and i transfered all the files into that file but i dont think im doing it right.basically its drivin me mad not knowin how to do this as im such a pes fan.. can any one help me step by step if so i would be very grateful.

How to:

Here you go since you are impatient.

Use Winrar to extract the files from the download to a folder.
Transfer this folder to the USB stick.
Start PES 2008 and go to options.
In options choose load option file , and navigate to the usb sticks folder.
Load the option file from the sticks folder.
Then save the game and the option file on the PS3 Hard drive.

Now how simple is that?!!!

yes, you can use ur psp... basically anything that can hold data (minus a CD/CD-RW) is usable to transfer files to the ps3...

in fact, a cd/cd-rw might work too, but it's easier to use a psp, usb stick, memory stick, etc
