You could just put the player stats. all on 1, make them a goalkeeper, and remove all special stars and then sign him for 30 points for fee (if free) 20 wages and 5 seasons contract. When you sign him, default his stats. simple, but cheating and fairly boring.

Here is my transfer policy. You gotta be playing seasons to do this though. At the end of season, or in negotiation rounds 5-8, sign the best most expensive players that are becoming free agents, even if you're not interested with the player. They won't sign unless you are already a good team, to by pass this, offer them a short term contract with crazy (double triple what they're asking) salary. These players can't say no to more money, :D ... Then you can trade them with whoever you need in other teams, or get transfer offers from other teams and make a lotta money on them. This way you will never pay those damn teams that are you rivals for transfer points.
