[HELP!] WE9 patch!

Somehow my previous thread is now closed so I am posting this one again to reply morrison who was kind enough to answer my question before..
The link that morrison gave me is for a torrent file format which I don't understand the meaning of it..hehehe I don;t know what to do with that format BUT ppf format..

If there is a ppf formatted Sunjun's WE9 BETA patch, where can I possibly get it?? Anyone?

Hi, Guys! I am sure many other stupid and dumb people are asking the same sort of question but could you help this poor dumb Korean???

I can not find Sunjun's WE9 BETA patch (.ppf format) anywhere at all!!!!
And also, I was wondering if Fernandos' WE9 DVD patch V4 Fixed would also work with PESKOREA's total emblem V1 patch?

Could anyone help to solve some miysteries for me?
