Help with Xmas patch (XBOX)

Hi,
I've downloaded all the parts of the Xmas patch for xbox and I have my .ISO image of PES5.

but now Im totally confused and I am wondering if you can tell me what to do next, Im a bit confused on what tools to be using, I currently have DVD Decryptor(for obtaining image) ppf-o-matic, Alcohol 120%(for burning)

I read on a guide that you need isobuster and dkz studio to apply the patch and Im just stuck now, I was wondering if you could help me?
