Hi, just needed a little help. I have not updated my pro evo 2009 with the Konami update, and can not use any of the new updates, i think the Von 2.2 is the last I have. I am a bit unsure how to. Can it be done without connection to the net, downloaded on to a memory stick??
Any help be most apreciated.

As far as I'm aware I think you can put it onto your memory stick then transfer it onto your PS3, that's what I did.

Yes I understand there is a option file section, but all i was asking if there was a quick link anyone could send me so I could find it easy, thats what a forum is for is it not? A little help, yes I am new and was only asking...
