this is great topic.

I personally haven't noticed much difference when i've changed captains.... but i HAVE ALWAYS been aware of who's my captain and usually picked the guy with highest mentality and tEAMwork.

i'll pay more attention to this now and sometimes when things aren't clicking... i'll change the captain to another influential player to see if it has any difference.

But about that hting someone said on this thread earlier... pressing CIRCLE in formation screen shows team work and draws some lines, does anybod use that?? lets talk about that for a while now

i played real madrid in a friendly i put my striker who had summat like 70 mentality as a skipper, i won 2-1 and played ok-ish, i then put it to my midfielder who had 88 menetality and my passing and movement was much better, so it does work
