Hi and my thoughts on Pro Evo 6

Hi - just checking out this fourm because I've been playing Pro Evo 6 on the Xbox 360 casually and now getting serious.
So serious in fact that I have a friend 2 streets away that is hooked. He went out and bought an xbox 360 that he calls "My Pro Evo Machine".

The problem I have with Pro Evo at the moment is there seems to be no system link. Further to this, there seems to be no easy way on Xbox live to say "I want to play my friend down the street". If someone could please let me know the steps on Xbox live to easily play against my friend. The reason I'm having trouble is that Pro Evo wants to find me an opponent (not my friend) or wont give me an easy option to find him.

Any suggestions would be great on how I can get this to work.

P.S Will the next version be better in this regard?

it is actually quite easy to play a friend on pro evo through xbox live. first, you must find out what your friends gamertag is. then you must go to "add friend" and put in your friends gamertag. he will then be in your friends list. when your friend creates a match, you can simply go into your friends list and go to your friends name and chose "Join game". it's as easy as that. or else, you could bring your controller over to his house and play on the same xbox, it's up to you. hope i helped.

Thanks for the replies. So it seems you confirmed my findings that Pro Evo 6 on xbox 360 does not have a system link option.
Thats a real bummer since all my mates were going to buy Xbox 360's so we could have huge pro evo LAN nights.
Could this be in the up and coming version?
