Go to 'User CP' (in the menu at the top of the page), then click 'Edit Signature', choose a picture preferably similar dimensions to mine, and then upload it to www.imageshack.us - and copy and paste the message boards hotlink into the box, and click ok.

Vwoala, you have a signature image.

It should be at the top of the setting & options list.

I know you need about 25 posts to have a custom avatar so I think it may be the same deal with your signature.

It's because there's a certain amount of posts you have to get before you can have a signature, I'm assuming it's 10 - but it might be 20, or 25 as Krooks has said.
