There are many good teams, but it depends on the league you choose.

For the popular English Premier League, there are Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal etc...

In other leagues like the Spanish liga or Italian Serie A, there are Juventus, Barcelona, AC Milan, Deportivo etc...

Good choice.
For ML, play in 2-star for the first season, it's easier. After that, change the level as you learn more.

Negotiations yes, not sure how't works.

To negotiate for a player, search for him in the player section and click X. Select transfer. Set the <IN> section details, like points salary, transfer, duration

Results would be displayerd after Ur next match.

I almost forgot, if U negotiated for a player and it failed, U cannot negotiate for the same player just after the failure. U can only do so next round.
