Hidden/Secret goalkeepers' stats

Hello guys,

Firstly, I have to say I've been playing Winning Eleven/PES for over 10 years. And this is the first time I've encountered this. It caused me a big wonder in my mind and because I couldn't bear it, I have to register here to ask:

Some days ago, I played PES 2008 with my friend on PS2. He was using Inter, and I as some bullshit team. After doing all my selections for formation, etc. I looked at his Formation menu and I saw something that I couldn't believe my eyes. In his board of players stats, there is detailed stats for goalkeepers right after the special abilities stats(every player of Inter has stats here, except 1 or 2 guys - they don't have numbers, they have "-"s instead). This is the first time I've seen this after over 10 years playing. When I asked him how could he did that, he didn't know himself. Have anyone of you encountered this? How can I turn that board on again? Does it need a combination of buttons to turn it on? I'm desperately to find out about this, because if my mind didn't play trick on me, then this could prove that the developing team of PES has developed a detail stats systems for GK a long time ago. Please help me...

PS: I'm playing PES 2008 on PS2. Original game, no modded, no chipped PS, no patch. ORIGINAL

i have witnissed this too on the pc. it was a wierd moment.

PES 5 and PES 6 have this if you choose Japan in Edit Mode where you can change formations, after the abilities board it is the GKs stats. But i found this only on Japan National Team

So is it true that there's no way I can see those stats again? Are they really that confidential that Konami's keeping a secret about them? What's their purpose?

It happened while playing pes 2008 on the pc. It was the latest patch as I always played online, but I saw those stats while I was doing offline gaming. I think it happened while i was setting my formation during master league.

I regret not taking screenshots. I had seen, if not mistaken, some stats such as keeper throw accuracy. There may have been perhaps 4-6 goalkeeper specific stats.

Please correct me if I am wrong, this happened about 2 years ago.

All Korean and Japanese players have additional stats and attributes (GKs and field players) in the old PES versions, I don't know if they are available for other world players -but hidden- or not.
