How come this can only be done in August? I just finished my first season, and moved onto second, and totally forgot to buy any new staff. I was too busy with transfers, then I moved into september and can't hire staff (like doctors, scouts, etc)! What the hell? Does anybody know a way around this, or am I going to have to wait to next season?
