After only my second season, I got called up to the German National team to play in the World Cup! I came on as sub after about 60 minutes and was substituted off after 70 minutes!! I didn't get a chance to make any sort of contribution.

I felt like Ali Dia!

anyone else have this happen to them?

We went a goal down and as I came off, 4-3-3 flashed up in the corner. I can only assume the manager wanted to change formation and I wasn't best suited for that position anymore. I was playing DMF.

Im only on my first season and playing in La Liga for Racing Santander (Using Pesfan option file). Im an AMF but regularly get substituted at striker position in 2nd half. I've started a few games and have managed to score 1 goal and have 2 assists :p.

My only goal came against Real Madrid. Shot from just inside the box at left post, Heinze got his foot on it and it deflected in next to right post. We ended 1-1 :).

Playing in top player and we are in 6th place. Still have a long way to go. As for international play I don't see my player getting too much excitement in that department since I'm Venezuelan :p.

Just had my first double-double season with 14 goals and 17 assists in season 4 as a CMF. Grr I wish my stats would go up faster :realmad:

Hey Guys...I started as a CMF played my first season with Racing Santander as a DMF. Pretty much got the DMF tick in that season. Scored one goal with an average rating of 6.5. End of the season my best offer came from Valencia and since they play with 2 DMF's and an AMF I thought my chances would be higher. I was right and soon earned a starting spot. Playing in the UCL as well which is good. Half way this season I'm on 1 goal, 1 assist with about the same rating as last season.

I have a question though...Does anyone know how the AI would distinguishes between rating a DMF and an AMF? Because I can't seem to get my rating higher than 7 and even thats rare. When I try to play as a DMF(properly) and sweep in front of the back 4 I'll clock up the intercepts and passes but I always get out shone by the attackers (Villa and Joaquin)...i guess it's pretty realistic but in that case how am I meant to get my match exp up when my ratings are shit...

When i first started BAL i scored in my first scout game. I then got offers from Portsmouth, Man City & Stoke. I went to Man City for the season and then left to Aston Villa. After not getting played im now at Feyernoord because if i went to a lesser team then i thought i would get experience and get played alot. I'm doing quite well now and am going to stay there for a couple of seasons.

At the end of my 5th season now. I joined Liverpool and I started off with a bang. Into the first team after 3 training games and started scoring goals for fun. I ended the season with 15 goals! I had a few individual titles for the leage, cup and national team.

For what has been my best season in BAL so far I have been left frustrated with this game and I am close to giving up. Will I ever win the league? I dont think so. We were leading by 6 points with 10 games to go and we threw it all away. We finished 7th!7th!!!! The team won the league before I joined....am i the problem? When I am not playing they are awesome..as soon as I am on the pitch they cant defend, cant cross, cant even control simple balls. To top it all off our poor form led to us losing the champion league final 3-2 to the almighty Atletico Madrid! I cant believe it....someone help me...how can i get the team to defend properly?
