I sometimes get 9's! but i don't understand when cause last night i scored 4 goals and just got an 8,5?! so i think it got something to do with your position in the team i'm an AM so if i score goals and assists i will get great ratings.

But im still not sure though... because it's now my 5th season and i have received a 9 around five times winning just with 1-0 or when i scored a golden hattrick; 4 goals...

Damn.

I manage an 8 every 4 game or so but never higher than it, despite scoring 4+ goals in some matches. I suppose I faltered on the passing, position etc.

I'm doing quite well. Started out at NAC Breda as a CF (registered position was SS), I won the cup with them and moved to Feyenoord at the end of the season. I played mainly as an AMF for Feyenoord I won the league twice with Feyenoord and and the cup once and also did quite well in the European competition. I also became player of the season and such.

I just moved to Valencia and I'm doing quite well so far.

On a somewhat unrelated note, this thread has reached more than 1,000 posts.

Yay won the European Player of The Year or what I like to call it the Ballon d'Or

My 2nd consecutive Ballon d'Or and now hoping for another 2nd consecutive World Player of The Year even though we lost on the Champions League Final

So far I have scored 143 goals for United in 3 seasons and I was thinking of maybe moving to another league at the end of the season as I have mostly won everything possible in the EPL would be kinda sad to leave my boyhood club :(

Anyway heres the cut scene :)

11 straight games without a win.

11.

That's how freakishly inefficient my Arsenal side has been. A side that is ranked 2nd in the world.

I don't know what happened. We used to be able to create chances (8 straight wins at the start of the season) but now we're misplacing passes, running into defenders, can't mark, can't intercept, can't defend, can't hit the target.

I'd gladly score some goals if I'd ever get the ball but as it is right now, my side can't create enough up top for me to be ABLE to score any goals.

In these 11 games, I've scored 5 goals (and I'm still the teams top goalscorer):

4 on corner kicks
1 on a solo run from the center circle all the way up to the goal (I dribbled and shot feinted my way past the four defenders that was on me).

BAL is extremely addicitive and fun but when all of a sudden, your team stops creating ANYTHING, it gets kinda frustrating. Fine, teams can have their low periods but for SO long?

Damnit...

yeah, i hear you allright... I had the same problem with Feyenoord last season but just for 3 games and than playing draws is not that bad, but playing those games are really frustrating!!

It seems that BAL mode than can be so hard that you want to skip a few matches just to make sure you ll pass the weak period. But i almost never skip matches. Till now maybe 4 matches skipped in 5 seasons that's not much right!?

The second half of my season is definately looking up...

Eventually got around to finishing the second half of the season! After good performances but few goals things picked up, including 4 goals over 2 legs against the mighty Juve in the european cup semi.

Title wise the year was a touch lacking. My Liverpool side managed to loose the EC final against Man Utd (I was missing due a to knock I picked up against Villa). We won the league cup, a crushing 4-0 against Wigan of all people with 2 for me & 2 for Torres. Only finished 5th in the league though. Not my fault mind!

The transfer window opened with NO offers! Played 2 internationals (both poor 1-0 wins, scored both), then got my first offers... Liverpool, WBA, Napoli and..... only fucking Barca! Natch, I have accepted Barca's high offer ;)

Following my signing to the new club I went into the next international on a high. It was probably the best game in BAL i've played. 3-3 draw againt the mighty Brazilians (my BAL player is Paraguyan - just for the challenge!) I scored 2 goals, a superb diving header at the near post & a subtle chip for the second over a sad, flailing keeper. Then it all went pete tong. Brazil scored 3 in 7 mins at the beginning of the second half. 2 Ronaldinhio free kicks and a 30-odd yard screamer from Adriano. We equalised with a late penalty when Lucio brought me down when I was through 1-on-1 with the keeper. I wish I could've taken it. A trick against Brazil would've been a fantastic result for me.

Anyway, now ready for the knock-out stages, then onto the start of my career with Barca. Will be 21 at the start of the new season, so not doing too badly.

I would have stayed at Liverpool if I were you in my season when I move to Barc from Spurs their defence is so weak that they concede about 2-3 goals in every match I play I got so pissed of that i skipped to the League Cup Final and that is the only silverware I won with Barca. But that's my BAL though good luck.;)

Liverpool were not that hot at the back tbh. I was only there half the season so it's not just me, but their season end gd was only +5 or 6. Evey game Agger played in we conceeded... he even popped in 3 own goals towards the end of the season, so I'm not that worried.

Started my third season with Monaco, went unbeaten for the first 10 games (2 were draws) and then suffered a loss. The team bounced back with another win, so now I'm 3 points clear of Lyon, who I've yet to play. The cups are not so good, with defeat in the first leg knockout stage of the EC and first leg of the D1 Cup to try and overturn.

Scored 6 and assisted 5 already, not even half way through the season yet. My upturn in quality has coincided by switching to wide camera with the game following the ball; previously I'd tried this with the camera following the player and it runs jerkily. Now I can see the space I have to evade defenders and shape goals better.

Really hope we can win the league, as I've only won the D1 Cup before.

God, I hate football sometimes...

Had my streak of shitty results, yeah? Well, I haven't lost or played a draw ever since. And I've scored around 9 goals in 6 matches.

Freakin' rollercoaster...

I'm having my best season yet (SMF - Top Player) at Manchester United, in my fifth season (first at Manchester United). Chelsea put us out of the League Cup, and the European Cup, but we're still in with a shout for the League - two games remain with Spurs (my ex-club) top of the table by 2 points. Spurs also claimed the League Cup, beating out Chelsea in the final.

Fixture 37
Manchester United 4-1 West Bromich Albion (I scored a hat-trick!)
Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Stoke City

Fixture 38
West Ham United 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United 6-0 Arsenal (I chipped in with a goal, an assist, and a Man of the Match performance!)

England League
-1 | Tottenham Hotspur | 85 Pts | W 26 | D 7 | L 5 | GS 81 | GC 37 | GD 44
-2 | Manchester United | 83 Pts | W 23 | D 14 | L 1 | GS 73 | GC 22 | GD 51
-3 | Chelsea FC | 76 Pts | W 22 | D 10 | L 6 | GS 83 | GC 33 | GD 50
-4 | Liverpool FC | 72 Pts | W 21 | D 9 | L 8 | GS 75 | GC 48 | GD 27

It's agonishing to come so close only to lose out, especially when we had two massive chances to take pole position but were held to draws on each occassion. What a fantastic season for Spurs, though, in claiming the league title and the league cup.

The high point of the season has to be that I made it into the Team of the Season, on the right-side of midfield! The only Manchester United player to be selected. And I now have an England League Runners-Up Medal, leaving me fired up to go one better next season and secure a Winners Medal!

Manchester United offered me another contract at the end of the season, and I accepted. There were two other offers on the table, from Deporitvo, and Man City, respectively. But I was never going to depart from Old Trafford, unless I was shown the door. The legend that is Ryan Giggs hung his boots up at the end of this 2012-2013 season, so I requested the #11 shirt at the time of my contract renewal, and my wish was granted! What an honor!

And I'm now the third highest paid player at the club.

Wayne Rooney | 3333 Pts
Cristiano Ronaldo | 2915 Pts
<My Name Here> | 2060 Pts

We didn't buy, nor did we sell, anyone in the summer. But our rivals saw some action in the market with Spurs strengthening their already rock-solid squad, and Chelsea losing two of their most influential players.

Monaco have an 8 point lead at the half-way point. I really hope we don't get scripted into a bad patch, as I'd love to win the league for the first time in my career.

When I previously mentioned I'd won the D1 Cup, I actually looked at a medal for coming 3rd. D'oh!. I'll stay with Monaco after this season regardless to try and win that or the EC. I love this mode!

I'm doing really well now at liverpool (2012-2013 season).

Last year had a very good year with Spurs and Ireland, so I'm been voted on the Euro TOTY, World TOTY, and Euro Player of the Year.

Currently on top of the league with Liverpool, ahead on United by 5 points, just gone halfway thorugh the season.

I've 31 league goals, and 8 assists, putting me top for both.

Top scorer and assists in League Cup, and same for European Championship (Champions League).

Also finished top scorer in Euro Region for International Tournament qualifying with Ireland.

All in all, I reckon next year I'll get the coveted World Player of the year award.

I've been voted MOTM in just about every game.

Beat United 6-0 (YAY!!!) getting 4 myself, and setting up 2 for Torres. Seem to work really well with him now, setting each other up for many many goals.

Scored 2 absolute crackers against United, had to save the replays - one was a volly from a cross about 22 yards out, the other was a run onto a through ball, and lovely chip over the 'keeper from about 18 yards out.

In the Semi finals now of both league cup and Euro championship :)

Roll on the World Cup next season :)

I'm worried again. Last week of the transfer window & who moved from Liverpool to Barca? Yep that's right. Agger. :faceplm:

After 2 training matches (my ratings 7.5 & 8 :smug: ) I replaced Eto'o as the top man! So far have played 8 games (5 league & 3 Champs lg), I've scored 5 in total and 3 assists, all to Henry. My first goal was a bicycle kick against Villreal. Ist goal at home was againt Liverpool in the CL. 25 yard screamer into the top corner. Top of la primera by 4 points and all but qualified the group stage (9 points). Playing centre between Messi & Henry, with support through the middle from Iniesta & Carrick is fantastic. The interplay and pass and move mentality is making for some fantastic play. Loving being at Barca so far.

The champs lg group is like a career flashback. Liverpool, PSG 2 of my previous clubs are in there. Beat them both so am happy.

Defensively Barca have been pretty solid. Then again, Agger hasn't played a first team match yet...

You're all being so mean to Daniel Agger, he moved from Liverpool :)crymore:) to my Arsenal side and has been doing really well.

Anyway, following the horrible period of no wins in 11 matches, I've yet to lose or play a draw - in atleast 13 games. Having been down on roughly 8th place on the scoreboard, I'm back on top again AND I've broken in on the Assist board too.

Got frustrated during the bad period, played very selfishly. Figured I needed a change so I started playing very unselfishly, almost always passing the ball when I'm on goal.

Turned out to be good, because now we're winning and I'm getting a plenty of goals myself too.
