how do i delete/reset my Game ID

hello
i wan tto reset my game id as it has a bad record from when i had a bad internet connection and didnt know what i was doing
now ive been playing master league for 3 seasons, i am every1 online
how do i create a new game id with a clean record? it sayas in manual u can do it but doesnt say how, cant find any help online

i don't think you can reset your ID otherwise that would be cheating as your record would be false. it's a bum but i've tried too reset myself and realise you can't do it. you have to make another ID i'm afraid.
