Yes, the guide from Ajay's site works fine for all versions of the game, PC, Xbox and PS2. The reason that it is not well advertised that you can edit the game on Xbox and PS2, is because it is actually illegal, I think, thats why you get shite sites like PesFan claiming you can only patch the PC version of the game.

That's why I love PesInsight.

Just open the .iso with Graphic Studio, you will then find all of the files within that .iso. You can edit it all within that.

sorry for asking it twice but when i look on ajays face list, i cant find the bin.file for samuel eto`o?and if i dont know the bin file for samuel eto`o how can i change it then ?????
