how do i train my players up in master league

i see that at the end of the game their stats go up, and is there any other way ?

They get experience points after every game but thats it during the season,

Stats can go up in a few ways.

Playing games
Automatic training (off-season)
Manual training (i.e. giving each individual player a specific thing to train on, also off-season)

how do i do manual training

i have the pc version and i dont have that option

I'm not sure if it's called "manual training", but it's under the regulate players bit in the Master League.

Manual training isn't like PES4, where you go through every task with individual player. For example, you would give your striker "shooting" training, then only his shooting stats will go up (more than if you do automatic training). But, if you do automatic training, everything will go up slightly.
