How do you convert JPEG to BIN files?

Hi guys,
I'm new to PES after years of FIFA and I'm totally converted now HOWEVER, I'd like to know how to convert standard JPEG and Bitmap files (Team kits) to BIN files to use in PES 3. Can anyone give me a "Simple Guide" and recommend and tools I need to use.

get wolfs pack for Gers kits or evo-web has some bmps.

Thanks for the pointers but I'm getting no where here. I understand how to import files using AFSExplorer but when I use the other tools, I cant get them to recognise the images I'm using (i.e. PNG, Bitmap or Jpeg files). I've tried the search function to no avail. Can someone just give me a quick lesson on creating the file (in the proper format), I can import it from there.

Nope, it says BPP# of the BMP file differs from that of the image. Any ideas?

yup, been mentioned loads!
reduce the colours to 256

a 'paint package'

you need a graphics program nicer than paint and then save it as an 8 bit bmp or png

THEN you use wepicture to import it
