How do you edit an OF for the PS3?

It looks like there's no editor for editing PS3's OF
I wonder how all developers out there are customizing OFs..... do they use a PC editor and then export in some ways to PS3?

Its all being done in game i think.



Its tidious(sp) and wish there was an out of game editor, so at least all the stats, and player names, and all that can be done outside of the game. In game its a PITA.
