How do you make links to individual posts?

Hi I hope someone out there can help me with this.

I've just started to create alot of classic players that people haven't already done. Anyway the list is getting bigger and I was thinking that when PES5 comes out to have an ultimate classic players thread for all the people interested in these types of players. When I first became a member to pesinsight I noticed someone had done a link for a player in one of their threads which opened a new post page which displayed the stats.

My idea is to have a list of the players i've done on the first post with links to all of them which opens up individual posts for each player. Like a quick-navigation menu which can be updated.

I hope I explained this clearly and I would be well grateful if someone could enlighten to how to do this, if it is possible. Thankyou.

Do you mean that you want the players you have created, been on the first post you did. If so I can help you
