Rather than loss of interest, I'd say the reason behind the game's decline is either lack of time or lack of ideas, probably the former, if Seabass's comments are anything to go by.

He is a legend for making all the other great PES games, but this year I have had to put it down, FIFA 08 is better than PES 2008 in my opinion.

I know its not been out long so mabye if I play it some more it will start to grow on me.

Why could'nt Seabass just re-create PES4 but obviously an updated one, I loved PES4... do people still make option files for PES4...lol
