But yes, sometimes I press the button and takes too long to stop, sometimes it stops right when I click. No sense.

its really not that hard to understand.....if you press it and the 6th ball is close it will stop quickly and if you press it just after the 6th ball passes then it will take longer to come back and slow down.

You clearly don't "know" English at all, so you're bilingual at best. Although if your Spanish is as horrific as your English then you're not bilingual either.
