How to build a team that play like Barca (in ML)

I started my ML using some random team in Eradivisie. It was Willem II. I want to change this relatively poor team (no offence to the fans) into playing offensive possession football like Barcelona.

The default formation is 4-3-3 already. I changed the 2 WF into SS with some minor position adjustment. Also change a bit in the midfielder positions. Changed here and there in the team style (pressure, player support, etc) and management setting. After couple of season I still can't play it the way I wan't (like Barca in real life). I did managed to hire Ilucniza as my CMF, and I really hope him to hold Xavi's position. I also have Palmieri on the back. Average player ratings is around 70. Some 60 something, and a couple of 80s, so its not too bad or too good at all.

Most goal I've scored so far is from low crosses from the flank. It felt unsatisfying, as it doesn't feel like Barca.

So. My question is, anybody have an opinion to better build team that can play like Barca? Specifically, I would really appreciate some numbers on the team style setting. Player support, position change, pressure, etc. How you align the players on the pitch. I confused when seeing Barcelona formation in the game because Xavi is positioned as AMF? Isn't he CMF in real life? Does Barcelona have AMF position? I would also like to know how to switch position between my CMFs and the SS/CF.

Thanks.

Look up the Barcelona formation in the edit mode, or play a game with the team, check the numbers...

I thought I mentioned in my first post that I'm a bit confused with Barca formation in the game. Does Xavi really an AMF?

Also, when played in the game, Barca still doesn't feel like Barca in real life. I saw in the game, when I building up the play, Xavi is moving to forward for too many times replacing CF position. It is probably that I'm just not to good on the game, but it also possible that something is wrong in the Barca's default formation / style settings.

Xavi is not an AMF. Iniesta is the forward lying CMF. AMF by definition but Iniesta isn't that attack minded.

This might need revising but something along these lines

Player support - 16

Support range - 7

Attacking style - 7

Pressing - 19

Compactness - 9

Position switch - 14

You could also edit data management(gameplan) to play a defensive possession game, you can also set an offensive possession game and quick counter depending on whether your leading etc.

Thanks guys. I found answer from S-D-P and u1tradt very useful, even though both answers seems to be disagree on the player support and pressing value. Thats might just their opinion on how real Barca actually play.

Thanks for the links! I will make some changes to my gameplan after reading this, first thing I'll do, I will make my SS closer to the CF and not too wide.
