how to change DUTCH TEAM NAMES??

Im changing the dutch league, other than the top 3..ajax...ect

Im putting in all the top south american teams, and im not sure
how to change their names....as in the game it doesnt let you do this.


Also if someone can tell me how to change the logos, into the new ones.

You cannot edit most of the details of the licenced teams in the game. Have a go with Compulsion's pesfan option file editor (posted in the Downloads section) as that may allow you to do it.
Otherwise it would be possible to change these teams with patching but I'm not sure if it's been done yet.
