This is Not a quick get rich scheme. You have to be patient. I am now on 734 million pounds and in season 2022. My salaries for players plus staff are about 68 million.
Here is the trick, okay not really but here goes;
I never buy players for more than 15 million-yes I did buy players with that price tag in the beginning, but it was when I was young and inexperienced...lol. I buy very young players between the ages of 15 to 19 with stats from 75 up to the 90's. I keep them for about two to three seasons, and then sell them for big money. For some of them I put “on loan” from the second season on and you will be surprised how much money clubs are willing to pay for players with stats like that. You must remember to give them play time (rotate especially those players you pin pointed for business purposes) That is to up their stats because of the playtime they get.
Don't hang on too long with those players you decided to keep for winning trophies otherwise their salary package will sky rocket up to 20 million as I had with Pato. From there on I decided to sell players when they reach 33 years. You still get good money for them. I got 22 million for Benzima who is currently on loan for one year. He is 32. Also when you have put in a bit for a player and it was successful, try to negotiate(adjust terms) for a 5 year deal. This means once you signed a player you only have to renew his contract every 5 years.
P.S. The "Transfer Window" of Pes 2011 is my most favorite part of the game.
