Jim, I feel like a stalker!! I am going round these sites trying to find WE/PES Graphics Studio v04.04.24 and you are always around too!! Any idea, there are a couple of sites that mention it but they're in Spanish!! I am sorry for being a nuisance but I really want to get your Celtic kits in PES4. Thanks.

I have a strange problem for the clever guys !
When changing the kit of a national team, you can't get rid of the national flag printed on the shirts. They are drawn on top of the new texture. And it's impossible (greyed out) to edit the flag ingame. With teams no problem here, but impossible with national teams.
I am from Belgium and on the national kit is a kind of symbol printed in the middle of the shirts. When importing the updated kit, the coloured bars (flag) are still visible, and that's a stupid sight.
Oh, it's with every national team, also the ones provided with kitserver. Go to edit ingame, select team sweden and look at the goalkeeper. You can see a piece of the new flag sticking out at the bottom of the coloured bars !

Does anyone know a way around this ?

or i think in the PES4 settings app you can specify 'transparent' for the flags and such, i think that will do it, or you can do like jim said.

I found a param.dat file and it works indeed !
But I have one more question. When using kitserver and graphic studio, how do you know witch colors in the pallete you have to make transparant (opacity 0%) ? The readme says "usually some bright green or pink", but none of the kits I downloaded have these, or other obvious bright colors.

Are there some guidelines or maybe a link to them ?

In PES3 I imported all the badges onto the flags and shirts from the eufa.com site, PES4 doesnt seem to have the same facility. How do I do this in PES4?

Here's the ID for each team. In the uni folder, you have to create a new folder and name it the number that you want the team you want the kits for. I know that sentence didn't make a lot of sense, so I'll give you a stepl by step instruction.

1. http://pespc-files.soccergaming.com/files/teamlist.txt
Go there and find the team that you want to update. Find the team's corresponding number. For this example, I will use Besiktas. On the website it says Besiktas is 197.

2.Open up your Pes4 directory. Open up the kitserver folder.(This is assuming you already have kitserver downloaded and installed). Open up the folder named uni.

3. Inside the uni folder, create a folder. Name it as the corresponding ID for that team. Since I'm using Besiktas as an example, I will name the folder 197.

4. Get the kit you want for your team from a webiste. http://pes4kits.free.fr/ has a good archive already. I want to give them a new home jersey, so all I have to do is save this bmp. http://pespc-files.soccergaming.com/files/kits/clubs/besiktas_home.bmp
After I save the bmp, I will just copy in my newly created folder.

5. Ok, you have everything set. All you have to do is rename the kit file.

texga.bmp - will be used instead of GK 1st kit.
texgb.bmp - will be used instead of GK 2nd kit.
texpa.bmp - will be used instead of PLAYER 1st kit.
texpb.bmp - will be used instead of PLAYER 2nd kit.

I ran kitserver in my pes directory as stated and there was no uni folder. Do I have to create it myself?
