How to import new England kits into Stevomilans mix patch

Hi could someone please tell me how to import new England kits into Stevomilans mix patch?

I have tried this method that steve has put in his patch guide:

"to import single kits ,you can try to import the png of the kit, by finding where the kit is located in cv_0 , clicking it, click the kit you want to change,it should appear in big window, right click the white surrounding area, open, then locate your new png, when it appears in the big window, drag it down over the kit pic you want to change then let go"

The kit imports fine, but when i burn the game and go to select england there are no kits there? the game then also freezes when trying to start a exibition with any team?

Do i have to relink the kits? if so what do i need to do this and how?
Is there a bin file which contains the new england kits?

I can pick up things really easy just need a bit of info 1st if any1 could tell me.

you cant fit them in, i added arsenal home kit with white socks over the one with red socks and it froze, and also i can only fit 2 BOOTS without it freezes, this is because steve has to rebuild the files, u cant get them to fit sorry
