like i was saying the 4 .afs files r 525mb each so 3 of them have to be fake other wise they would not fit on to disc.

Obviously you wanna import kits to the DVD version, I think this is impossible, there are 4 files coz you have 4 languages

Well, then I think you should take the English one, with the E. Don't forget to scan the image before burning with CDMage for corrupted sectors, repair and rebuild if necessary.

i've done that. i was thinking maybe it has something to do with the file size of the kits. sometimes when i add a new strip its says theres not enough room so i have to change the file size. Any suggestion would be great on how to make in work i've already used 4 disc on it.

Wait till tomorrow mate, Tato will release the official version of his Picture Decoder, this 1.3 version is unofficial and has a lot of bugs in it. I tried to import kits to the PC demo and got an transparent kit in the game. This problems should be fixed till the final version.

Well, at the moment it´s not running for WE7 ! We have to wait till the official PicDecoder is released, it should be this weekend.

I tried 3 kits and they all appeared transparent :(
any ideas how to fix or should i just wait til a final picture decoder or patch comes out?

Go to "window" -> "view transparency" -> "invert"
But it will mess up with the colors when the camera zooms out, it´s not playable, but good for testing with the demo, no need for wasting CDs, this bug will be fixed till the final release.
